Apologies ... posted a day late as was too tired after arriving back from the pub last night and up early this morn!Sketching on the tube isn't easy. Londoners will do almost anything to avoid interaction with fellow tube goers, so sketching on the tube is always a joy as everyone is so on edge. But there is something undoubtedly nice about drawing someone when they don't notice and you catch them in a different light. Someone in their own world listening to their i pod, reading a book, or falling asleep. You start to wonder about their lives as you draw contours of eyes. You pay attention to details you would never even have noticed. That's if they sit still long enough.
